End of Gluepot Stay

September 26, 2013  •  Leave a Comment

It was a really warm night for my last night at Gluepot. It was about 16 degrees, which seemed warm after winter just finishing. I had to make the most of the morning as I wanted to take a quick trip to the mechanic before starting my other trip. So I drove out and spent time at Emu Tank and Old Gluepot Homestead. First bird for the morning was a Chestnut-rumped Thornbill.

Then it went quiet for a while before a succession of different species visited the troughs.
